Policies and Conditions
Travel with peace of mind knowing all the details of your purchase.

Services

- The services offered on our website are shared-share (SIC). If you require private services, please contact us by email.

- Hotel confirmation is subject to availability. If there is no space at the selected hotel, you will be assigned a similar category.

Rates

- All prices for our programs and services are expressed in US dollars. These prices may change without prior notice due to peak seasons, long holidays, Fiestas Patrias (National Holidays), or special events.

Children's Rates

- Children ages 4 to 8 are eligible for special rates when sharing a room with two adults. Otherwise, the adult rate will apply.

- Children ages 0 to 3 travel free, but all travel expenses will be covered by their parents or companions.

Reservations

- All reservation requests must be submitted in writing, via email, indicating:

- Full names of passengers.

- Identification number (passport, ID, foreigner's card, or other, as applicable).

- Check-in and check-out dates, flights, requested hotel, accommodation type, and language.

- For groups, please attach a Rooming List, ticket numbers, and the airline reservation code.

- Once your request is received, Amazon King Travel will respond within 3 business days, informing you of the status of your reservation:

- Confirmed.

- Waitlisted or Cancelled.

Cancellations

- Cancellations must be submitted in writing, via email.

- If the cancellation is made less than one month prior to travel, the following fees will apply:

- In the case of airline tickets, the policies of the corresponding airline will apply.

Payments

- Once your reservation is confirmed, a prepayment of 100% of the airline tickets and 30% of the program must be made.

- The remaining 70% of the program can be paid through the following options:

International bank transfer to the account number we will send you by email.

Payment by credit or debit card through our online platform, with a secure payment link.

Payment through digital transfer applications, such as PayPal or similar (additional fees may apply).

Direct bank deposit into our local account, if you are in Peru before the start of the trip.

If you prefer, you can also make the full payment for the program before your arrival using any of these options.

After completing the full payment, we will send you all the necessary documentation (vouchers, airline tickets, ground tickets, etc.) digitally, so you have everything ready before your trip.

Note: To ensure the security of your payments, all our payment methods are encrypted and use advanced security systems.

Responsibilities

- Amazon King Travel is not responsible for any losses or additional expenses caused by:

- Delays or changes to itineraries.

- Loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings.

- Illness, health problems, natural phenomena, strikes, civil unrest, accidents, or force majeure.

- Additional costs will be the responsibility of the passenger.

- Some tour activities may not be suitable for people with health conditions or physical disabilities. It is the passenger's responsibility to assess whether the activities are suitable for their abilities.

- Travelers are responsible for:

- Selecting a program appropriate to their abilities and interests.

- Properly preparing for the trip (reviewing itineraries, bringing appropriate clothing, necessary equipment, and personal documentation).
